Lost Denture Triggers Need For Mrs Mop
For years now I have been taking a very aged relative to see her rather poorly son in hospital. It’s quite an expedition for both of us and it starts back at her home even before the trauma of getting her into my car. On one occasion it was chaotic – she couldn’t find her lower denture – somehow it had slipped out of her hand when she was popping it in. Knowing the layout of her bathroom, I feared what awaited me when I offered to go and look for them. I was right. The back of the loo area, next to the basin, was grimly filthy. It’s a hard to reach area full of muck and being 93 she eventually conceded she wasn’t coping. I encouraged her to engage a cleaning company to give her kitchen and bathroom a strip down and really thorough clean to make hygienic and manageable. They still attend twice a week now to do clean the whole house. It was a battle but common sense won through!
