A young relative of mine has just completed a somewhat complicated house move – from her perfectly formed little terraced house on a modern estate, called a starter, to use peroperty parlance. She’s moved with her partner into a beautiful stone built property out in the countryside. It hadn’t been occupied for several months but looked reasonably clean and tidy when they viewed. this couple stripped back their little house and cleaned it from top to bottom, beachy water cleansing away all 4 years of their occupation. They did the oven and integral fitted white goods. Everything was as near new as could be. Sadly this was not the case once they removal men had deposited the many boxes and wardrobe carriers in the new place. This is where it would have been helpful to have looked round really well before completion so a decent home cleaning agent could be booked to make the transition easier!
